A Biz Dev Double-Header: Align Marketing and Sales
& Get More Customers from the Web
Get two interactive workshops for the price of one
– or less than one.
If your company is facing problems caused by wasted marketing dollars or poor quality leads, these sessions will help realign your marketing efforts with your sales and management objectives. Namely, these workshops will help you use online and offline tactics to generate leads your sales team wants, and more importantly, can close.
Either of these half-day workshops could command $399 alone. But the organizers have agreed to combine both for $399 – and if you register before July 15, you save an additional $100. That’s two for less than the price of one!
First, Chris Pareja, Principal, LeadGenaires will walk you through “3 Tools to Bridge the Marketing and Sales Gap.”
Opening the dialog between the sales and marketing teams can quickly put your goals back on track, while saving business development dollars. The trick is asking the right questions and
using the right processes to get the right answers.
This interactive workshop will help you use the right messages, tactics and timing to help your clients buy more quickly. A volunteer from the group will build a prioritized prospect matrix, as well as sales and buying process maps. Other attendees will leave with templates they can use to build these tools for their companies.
Attendees will discuss:
• Questions to ask when mapping their sales process
• Questions to ask when mapping their client’s buying process
• Ways to identify and break down barriers in these processes
• What to include in a prioritized prospect matrix
In today’s lead generation environment, the Internet almost always becomes part of the marketing mix. That’s why the second session, led by Kevin Dean, President, WSI Internet Consulting will show you how to "Get More Customers from the Web."
Many companies want to leverage their websites and pay-per-click ads to drive more prospects, but may not know where to start or how to know if their efforts are working. This hands-on session will show you ways to create a productive web marketing campaign, and identify metrics for productivity and effectiveness.
Kevin will address marketing and differentiating your company on the web, and will teach you how to understand what your prospects are searching for. Attendees will walk away with a workbook that will help them create the tools mentioned in the workshop.
Attendees will:
• Develop appropriate keywords and text for their audience and search engines
• Find out what a prospect looks for on a website
• Learn how to set up Google AdWords with effective ads
• Determine which metrics work best for them
• Learn about tools for better results
Lunch and continental breakfast will be served.
